Palo Alto School District - Sewers. <br />A letter, dated October 2nd, 1958, from the Talo Alto Unified <br />School District requested the Council's approval of the School <br />" District's installation of a ten (10) inch sewer line which would <br />serve the elementary school and possible additional connections <br />in the Toom of Los Altos Hills. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Council go on record as approving the ten inch (1011) <br />sewer line for the proposed Fremont Hills School site. <br />MOTION: Bledsoe; SECOND: Treat; <br />VOTE: 'AYES: Bledsoe, Treat <br />NOES: Clayton, Sherlock, Mayor Fowle <br />ABSENT: None <br />Comments from the Floor were heard from Mr. Gardner Bullis, Com- <br />missioners Spain and Holm, and Mrs. Fowle. <br />The City Clerk was instructed to notify the School Distrief-of the <br />Council's action. <br />4. Road Repair and Maintenance Contract - Renewal. <br />The Mayor commended Mr. Martin J. Taaffe for his work being donne <br />in the Town. <br />The City Clerk gave a resume of the provisions of the Contract. <br />ACTION: <br />That the road repair and maintenance contract with Mr. Martin <br />J. Paullus, Floyd (V-35-58) - Request for approval of building site. <br />The City Clerk explained that the property was divided with the <br />City Engineer's Certificate stating "not approved as a building <br />site by the governing body". <br />The City Clerk reported that the Planning Commission had recommend- <br />ed approval. All agency approvals have been received. <br />Refernee was made to the City Engineer's letter regarding the dedi- <br />cation to be made on eit'-ier side of the road. Mr. Longmire stated <br />that the road is an in -tract road, and would have to be improved <br />10-10-58 <br />
