Pacchetti.�J. - Request for refunding agreement for drainage <br />Installations required by Flood Control.' <br />Mr. John Riley and Mr. Henry Trinchero spoke before the Council <br />and the following action was taken. <br />ACTION: <br />That we refer this matter to the City Attorney for study <br />and recommendation with reference to procedure that might <br />be followed in connection with refunding agreement before <br />the Council takes any further action. <br />MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed Unanimously <br />2. Duveaec)E, Francis. Jr.'- Consideration of Peck Road right-of- <br />way deferred from meeting of July 7, 1958• <br />City Clerk read a letter from the City Attorney explaining the <br />right of access over Peck Road for maintenance of well and <br />water lines by Mr. Bledsoe. <br />ACTION: <br />Approval of the location of Peck Road in connection with <br />the subdivision of Francis Duveneck, Jr. 101-58 with the <br />stipulation that Peck Road be dedicated at this time but <br />maintained as a private road until sudh a time as this <br />road is improved to town standards and that at the time <br />of improvement any problems concerning the existing well <br />be taken care of as a part of the improvement. <br />MOTION: Sherlock; SECONDi Clayton; VOTE: Passed Unanimously <br />ABSTAINLD: Deputy Mayor Bledsoe <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Variances: <br />a) Jacobson' S. 9V--29-58 - Reduction of setback requirements <br />for house on Lot hFi of the Monahan Subdivision (59-56). <br />ACTION: <br />Approve the variance of S.
