Engr. <br />George Nome. <br />T?r. Wendell Roscoe was present and explained the map. <br />Excerpts from minutes of the Planning Commission action on this <br />subdivision were reviewed. <br />Commissioner Sherlock explained that when the map was first <br />considered by the Planning Commission, the requirements of <br />County were followed which did not require the subdivider to <br />improve peripheral roads. The existing problem is relatively <br />whether Mr. Roscoe should be required to improve Moody Road, <br />as required by the existing Ordinance which requires a subdiv- <br />ider to improve peripheral roads. (Final approval by the Plan- <br />ning. Commission on October 8, 1956 did not require this). <br />Yr. Roscoe stated that he had met all the requirements of the <br />Planning Commission and did not feel that this subdivision shoulG <br />not have to meet the renuirements of the existing Ordinance. <br />The City Lngineer stated that the map met all the engineering <br />requiremtns. <br />The Council agreed that action be tabled and that this map be <br />returned to the Planning Cormission for clarification of re- <br />commendation relative to the improvement of Moody Road. <br />e) Gerth, Edwin r. - Final 11ap (95-57) 6 lots. Engr. Brian. <br />ACTION; <br />6-19-58 <br />That final approval be given the Edwin F. Gerth map (95-57) <br />6 lots, as recommended by the Planning Commission, subject to <br />the conditions and requirements laid down by the Planning <br />Commission and all applicable ordinances. <br />
