It was suggested that the speed limit be 25 miles per hour on West Fremont from Edith Avenue to Deputy Mayor Rothwell suggested that the City Clerk ask Mr. Kellogg to make another survey of the areas discussed, and report to the Council. 4, WARRANTS: Bills in the amount of 35,214.69 were presented for payment, and were itemized by Councilman Fowle. ACTION: That bills in the amount of 55,214.69 be approved for payment and the City Clerk be authorized to draw appropriate warrants.
