Nolte. <br />Commissioner Williams, of the Planning Commission appeared <br />to explain the Map and the Planning Commission's recommend- <br />ation. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Subdivision Map of Monahan Manor (59-56) 8 lots- <br />Eagr. Nolte, be approved with the regular terms and <br />conditions. <br />MOTION: Hoefler; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed Unanimously <br />b) Fremont Hills,Unit #_+ (?5-57) 58 lots. Engr. • Brian. <br />Mr. Rile; and Mr. Price were present. <br />Commissioner Williams represented the Planning Commission <br />in explai:ai.ng the conditions of approval;. <br />Letters of approval have been received from the Town Engineer, <br />Fire District, Flood Control Department, and qualified ap- <br />proval .from the Health Department. Mr. Riley explained that <br />conditions set forth by the Health Department are being met. <br />ACTION: <br />That the City Council approve the Subdivision Map of Fre- <br />mont Hills lvinit #4 (75--57) 58 lots - Engr. Brian, with the <br />conditions as set forth by the Planning Commission, and all <br />governme. kcal agencies involved. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Bledsoe; VOTE: Passed Unanimously <br />✓ 3. McCandless & Jett: Regarding fee for Drainage Study in the Town. <br />Mr. McCandless will be asked to appear at the next Council meeting <br />November 25th. <br />
