It was suggested that pathways be constructed for bicycles and pedestrian traffic. 6. Commissioner Rich D'ws - Letter Proposing an Ordinance for Control or Grading and Cutting in the Town. Commissioner Dawson, representing the Planning Commission stated in his letter that the Town needs to define in an Ordinance where grading stops and quarrying begins. The proposal recommended that the Council include in the Ordinance: conditions under which a grading permit may be granted, and qual- ifications of grading standards.
