Progress Report on Freeway - Councilman Fowle stated <br />that a report will be ready by the next meeting. <br />46 Councilman Rothwell brought up the subject of the <br />nature of the freeway and asked that the Freeway <br />Committee look into the following matters and report <br />to the City Council: <br />a. Possible screening and planting. <br />b. Preventing erection of signs. <br />c. Possibility of limiting traffic <br />to passenger_ vehicles. <br />A letter was received from F.M.
