Treat <br />7:45 P.M., Monday, April 1, 1957, at the Town Hall, <br />26379 West Fremont,.Lo8 Altos Bills. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Treat, Councilmen Hoefler, <br />Fowle. <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Bledsoe, Rothwell. <br />MINUTES : Mamh <br />The following to be added on Page 1, #3, <br />New Business: <br />Corrections to Ordinance &31 'for typographical <br />errors. <br />AOTION: <br />Approve the minutes as corrected. <br />Motion:,Fowle; Second: Hoefler; Vote: Passed <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />1. Kenneth Malovos - March 29, 1957, Attorney. <br />This etear was in regard -to the property leased <br />to the Town by Mrs. Rita Duval, stating that the <br />roadway is now in worse condition than when the <br />Town moved in, and. Mrs. Duval would -like the Town <br />to put it in As good condition as formerly. <br />The City Council instructed the Road Commissioner <br />to look into the situation and have the worst <br />chuck heles filled. John o a s <br />rans to 'a co of ammended Senate Bill 850 <br />which would setup the Bay Area Rapid Transit <br />District. It is Senator Thompson's opinion that <br />the amendments have not removed many of the <br />objections. The bill will be considered by <br />Councilmen and placed on file. <br />
