ORD. <br />First <br />Motion: Fowle; Second: Hoefler; Vote: Approved Reading <br />RECOMPIENDATION : <br />klove that further reading of Ordinance #31 than <br />the title be waived. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Councilmen Bledsoe, Hoefler, Fowle, <br />Mayor Treat. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: Councilman Rothwell. <br />5, There was some discussion about abolishing the bullittin <br />%W boards at Robleda, Purissima School, and Stonebrook. <br />The matter will be brought up at the next meeting <br />to determine proper procedure. <br />6. The official delegates to the Inter -City Council <br />meetings will consist of the Mayor, Road Commissioner, <br />Don Hibner, and Robert M. Sherman. These delegates <br />will have no power except to report. They will be <br />entitled to turn in expense accouts as these are <br />dinner meetings. Moved by Mayor Treat, seconded by <br />Councilman Bledsoe, and carried vdice vote. <br />7. The City Attorney requested the authority to spend <br />up to $500.00 for expenses incurred in legal costs. <br />This would not include legal counselling services. <br />Motion: Fowle; Second: Hoefler; Vote: Approved <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the City Attorney's request be approved.. <br />8. The Problems Committee studying the needs of the <br />community meets Wednesday night at the Town Hall <br />under the chairmanship of Mr. Edwards. This will <br />be a closed meeting for members only. <br />9. T_ Hall Report - At the next meeting the Town Hall <br />Committee will try to have the Council chamber chairs. <br />Mr, jHlil donated a flag to the new Town Hall. <br />cN L Q s -2. <br />
