Carried voice <br />vote. <br />5. Wilson Complaint - Report from Councilman Bledsoe. The <br />Mayor and other City Officials visited Mr. Wilson and <br />they felt it was a marginal condition for complaint. <br />Mr. Dawson, Planning Commissioner, reported that matters <br />such as this will be regulated by the Zoning Ordinance <br />which is in the process of being completed. The Council <br />requests the Planning Commission to make the Zoning <br />Ordinance an embrgency matter. <br />6. Councilman Fowle reported on the matter of a janitor <br />for the new Town Hall. It was decided that the City <br />proceed on a temporary basis until all of the furniture <br />is in, and Mr. Fowle will engage one of the janitorial <br />services for this purpose. <br />6. Mrs. Blodgett - Use Permit for child day-care center. <br />Motion: Fowle; Second: Rothwell; Vote: Approved <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />That this road plan be accepted and the Use Permit be <br />granted. Carried voice vote. <br />7. Preston C. Burchard - Requesting a Variance to cut down <br />the setback oT__a7'building on his lot because of the land <br />contours. <br />Motion: Fowle; Second: Rothwell; Vote: Approved <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Move the approval of this Variance. Carried voice vote. <br />8. Jack Lind (58-56) Engineer: Colburn <br />This map has the final approval of the Planning Commission <br />despite the complaint from Mr. Rosco, owner of the Pink <br />Horse Ranch, who desired a contribution of the construction <br />cost for drainage of water which crosses his property. <br />- 3 - <br />
