Ordinance No. 199 introduced on the 4th day of August, <br />1956, was presented for consideration and to reading. <br />After title had been read, on motion duly made, seconded <br />and unanimously carried, further reading of the ordi- <br />nance was waived. On motion of Councilman Dungan, <br />seconded by Councilman Fowle, Ordinance No. 19 was adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Dungan, Fowle, Mayon Treat <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Bledsoe, Rothwell <br />Mayor Treat thanked the Planning Commission for their <br />tireless efforts and hard work in drawing this ordinance. <br />The Record of Survey for Tony N. Spieley was approved <br />by voice vote as recommended by the Planning Commission <br />The Record of Survey for Frank B. Duveneck was approved <br />by voice vote as recommended by the Planning Commission <br />as one building site. <br />The Record of Survey for Milton Baker was approved by <br />voice vote as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />*AW The Record of Survey of the O'Neill Development Co, was <br />approved by voice vote with the following recommendations <br />of the Planning Commission: <br />1. The access strip (Lot #4) shall become a portion of <br />Lot 3, <br />2, Lots 1 and 2 shall be given access by easement over <br />strip of Lot 4• <br />3. That the inside radius of the road be increased from <br />10 ft. to 20 ft, <br />!}. That the east side of the access strip be curved to <br />follow the 315 ft, contour line, ending at existing <br />point of entry to Tepa Way, as determined in the <br />field, subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. <br />The meeting was adjourned until 7:45 P.
