Roll Call <br />Present: Council Member Mordo, Council Member Radford, Vice Mayor <br />Waldeck, and Council Member Summit; Mayor Larsen (joined the <br />meeting at 3:20 p.m.) <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Planning <br />Director Debbie Pedro, City Engineer/Public Works Director Richard <br />Chiu, and City Clerk Deborah Padovan; Consultant Planner Cynthia <br />Richardson (joined the meeting during the open session) <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A. CLOSED SESSION: CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING <br />LITIGATION <br />(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a)) <br />Existing Litigation: Linebarger v. Town of Los Altos Hills <br />ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION <br />REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Steve Mattas conveyed that there was no reportable action. <br />3:00 PM RECONVENE PUBLIC SESSION <br />Council first considered Presentations from the Floor. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Council <br />on any subiect not on the ap-enda may do so now. Please complete a Speaker Card <br />located on the back table of the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk. <br />Comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. California law prohibits the <br />Council from acting on items that do not appear on the aEenda. Under a Resolution <br />previously adopted by the Council, such items can be referred to staff for <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />November 30, 2012 <br />
