Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, December 11, 2014 <br />Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California <br />CALL TO ORDER (6:00 P.M.) <br />Mayor Radford called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. <br />A. Roll Call <br />Present: Mayor Radford, Vice Mayor Corrigan, Councilmember Harpootlian, <br />Councilmember Larsen (participated via teleconferencing from 3 <br />Brewster Road, Newark, New Jersey), Councilmember Waldeck <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Interim <br />Planning Director Suzanne Avila, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />Richard Chiu, Administrative Services Director Yulia Carter, City <br />Clerk Deborah Padovan <br />B. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Mayor Radford recognized special guests in the audience, Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie <br />Smith, State Senator Jerry Hill, Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian, Jeremy Dennis <br />for Assemblymember Rich Gordon, former Los Altos Hills Mayor Dean Warshawsky, Los <br />Altos Councilmember Jean Mordo, and former Los Altos Mayor Val Carpenter. <br />1. AGENDA REVIEW <br />There were no changes to the agenda. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Council <br />on any subiect not on the agenda may do so now. Please complete a Speaker Card <br />located on the back table of the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk. <br />Comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. California law prohibits the <br />Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.
