Roll Call <br />Present: Councilmember Harpootlian, Councilmember Larsen, Mayor Radford, <br />Vice Mayor Corrigan, Councilmember Waldeck <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Interim <br />Planning Director Suzanne Avila, City Engineer/Public Works Director <br />Richard Chiu, Administrative Services Director Yulia Carter, <br />Consultant Planner Steve Padovan, City Clerk Deborah Padovan <br />B. Pledge of Allegiance <br />1. AGENDA REVIEW <br />Councilmember Waldeck said he would be recusing himself from voting on Consent <br />Calendar Item No. 8.G. <br />Councilmember Larsen stated that he would be recusing on Unfinished Business Item <br />No. 4.13. <br />I PRESENTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS <br />A. Presentation by the Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office on Status of Property <br />Crimes <br />Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office Captain Kenneth Binder presented a report <br />on the recent burglaries in Town to the City Council. He noted a substantial <br />reduction in burglaries over the course of the last eight weeks. <br />Council discussion ensued.
