City Attorney Mattas read amended condition #12 into the record as follows, "all <br />tennis court lighting on the five courts authorized to have lights, shall be timer <br />controlled and shall have overriding time clocks which shut lights off automatically <br />after fifteen minutes if the courts are not in use; there shall also be a master time <br />clock which prevents lights from being turned on prior to 15 minutes before sunset <br />or after 10:00 p.m. One year after commencement of use of the lights, the 10:00 <br />p.m. time limit for operation of the lights shall be modified to 9:00 p.m. unless the <br />City Council approves extending the 10:00 p.m. time period." The condition as <br />stated includes modifications. <br />Mr. Domnie stated that the condition as modified was acceptable. <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Vice Mayor Corrigan moved to approve <br />Resolution 54-14 Making_ Findings and Adopting the Initial Study and Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration for the Fremont Hills Country Club Project 411-13 MISC. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Harpootlian. <br />Motion Carried 4 to 0: <br />AYES: Councilmember Harpootlian, Councilmember Larsen, Mayor <br />Radford, Vice Mayor Corrigan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />RECUSE: Councilmember Waldeck <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Mayor Radford moved to waive reading <br />and introduce an ordinance amending the municipal code with regard to outdoor <br />lighting for properties with aeg neral plan designation of private recreation The <br />motion was seconded by Councilmember Larsen. <br />Motion Carried 4 to 0: <br />AYES: Councilmember Harpootlian, Councilmember Larsen, Mayor <br />Radford, Vice Mayor Corrigan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />RECUSE: Councilmember Waldeck <br />City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />August 21, 2014 <br />
