110 • <br /> WJML:PDA:S:amf lOml4-69 100 <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 563 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO , 4 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills, California, that <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 549, <br /> adopted by said Council on October 6, 1969 and its Resolution <br /> calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted <br /> on October 6, 1969, notice of said sale has been duly given; <br /> WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for <br /> receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids <br /> have been received and publicly opened, examined and declared <br /> by this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows : <br /> 1 . That all written bids received for the purchase of said <br /> bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, <br /> rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold <br /> tO KIRCHNER, MOORE AND COMPANY <br /> as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject <br /> to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale <br /> of said bonds and in said accepted bid. <br /> 2 . That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have <br /> said bonds printed, and that the same be signed, sealed and delivered <br /> to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the perform- <br /> ance of the conditions contained in said written offer® <br /> 30 That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is <br /> hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid. <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br />
