RESOLUTION 9-14 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING <br /> AMENDMENTS TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN TOWN GENERAL SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS,the Town of Los Altos Hills has established certain fees for Town services, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Willdan Financial Services (Willdan) for an <br /> Overhead Cost Allocation Review and a Comprehensive Fee and Rate Study on February 28, 2013; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to revise said fee schedule at this time; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby resolves to approve <br /> the amended fees as set forth in attached Attachment 1 to the staff report (entitled: "Proposed <br /> Schedule of Fees, Deposits, Charges for Service, and Other Assessments") and as set forth in Exhibit <br /> 1 to this Resolution, with all Town fees to be as shown in the column labeled "100% Recovery" , <br /> except for the building permit fees in' Section II — Building Process: Plan Reviews Permits, and <br /> Inspections of the attachment which shall be as shown in the column labeled "90% Recovery". <br /> Adjustments to fees resulting from this resolution will go into effect on May 21, 2014, and the <br /> Town's Cost of Services Schedule shall be evaluated one year from the date of this Resolution. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 2014 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Radford, Corrigan, Harpootlian, Larsen, Waldeck <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> BY: <br /> John Radford, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Deborah Padovan, City Clerk <br /> Exhibit 1: Schedule of Fees ,De ositsCharges for Service, and Other Assessments <br /> p g <br /> Resolution 9-14 Page I <br />
