410 411 WJML:PDA:S:amf 10-1-69 10C RESOLUTION NO . 551 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS, AND DIRECTING NOTICE 1 SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO , 4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No . 549 adopted on October 6, 1969, by the City Council of said Town, pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the Engineer of Work of said Town has filed with the City Clerk of this Town the written report called for under said Act and by said Resolu- tion of Intention which report has been presented by said Clerk. to this Council for consideration, and this Council has considered and preliminarily approved and confirmed said report and ordered that the same stand as the report for the purpose of all sub- sequent proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution of Intention; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the 17th day of November, 1969, at the hour of 8000 o 'clock P .M., in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, be, and the same are hereby appointed and fixed as the time and place when and where the Council will consider and finally determine whether the public interest, convenience and necessity require the acquisitions, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon the Engineer's report under said Resolution of Intention. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk of this Town be, and he is hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing once a week for two weeks in the Los Altos News, a newspaper published and circulated in Santa Clara County, there being no newspaper published in said Town, and by conspicuously posting a notice
