r <br /> • ® . <br /> WJML:PDA:S:amf 10-2-69 100 i <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 545 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER AND ATTORNEYS <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO . 4 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills, California, that <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings <br /> pursuant to appropriate assessment and assessment bond acts for <br /> the acquisition of improvements in said Town; <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest and general :welfare will be <br /> served by appointing and employing an engineer and attorneys <br /> for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings in connection <br /> with said acquisitions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows : <br /> 1 . That Charles S . McCandless & Company, Palo Alto, Cali- <br /> fornia, be, and they are hereby appointed as Engineer of Work and <br /> employed to do and perform all engineering work necessary in and <br /> for said proceedings, including preparation of report, estimate <br /> of costs, diagram and assessment, and that their compensation be, <br /> and it is hereby, fixed at a reasonable engineering fee for all <br /> of said engineering, said fee to be approved by the City Council <br /> of said Town, and to be assessed as an incidental expense of said <br /> proceedings . <br /> 2 . That Robin Faisant, City Attorney of said Town, and the <br /> law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, <br /> be, and they are hereby, appointed and employed to do and perform <br /> all legal services required in the conduct of said proceedings, <br /> including the preparation of all papers not required to be prepared <br /> by the Engineer, examining and approving the engineering documents <br /> and advising the Engineer in preparation of his work, advising all Town <br />
