• • RESOLUTION NO. 531 RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDED ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND DIRECTING FILING IN OFFICE OF COUNTY RECORDER, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 , TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS , the Amended Assessment Diagram in the proceedings for Sewer Assessment District No. 5 , which was approved by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on the 16th day of December , 1968, and which said Amended Assessment Diagram was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara on the 18th day of December , 1968, in Book 5 of Maps of Assessment Districts at Page 101, contained certain errors requiring the approval of a new diagram by this City Council; and WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work •has filed with the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills a corrected assessment diagram entitled, "Second Amended Assessment Diagram, Sewer Assessment District No. 5, Town.- of__Los .Altos Hills , Santa Clara County, California"; and WHEREAS, said above designated Second Amended Assessment Dia- gram contains all of the matters required by law and is a proper cor- rection of the original Amended Assessment Diagram, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said Second Amended Assessment Diagram in Sewer Assessment District No. 5 of the Town of Los Altos Hills , Santa Clara County, California, be and it is hereby approved as the final and correct assessment diagram in said proceedings ; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and he is hereby, directed to certify the approval of this City Council on said diagram and cause the same to be filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara in the Droner Book of Mans of Assessment Districts , said Second Amended Assess- ment Diagram to be cross-indexed with the Amended Assessment Diagram hereinabove referred to. * -1- ; tmG L
