•PF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 525 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> APPOINTING ENGINEER AND ATTORNEY <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills, California, that <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake <br /> proceedings pursuant to appropriate assessment and <br /> assessment bond acts for the acquisition and construction <br /> of public improvements in said Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will <br /> be served by appointing and employing engineers and attorneys <br /> for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings and work <br /> in connection with said improvements ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows : <br /> 1. That Charles S. McCandless &Company, Palo Alto, <br /> California, be, and they are hereby appointed as Engineer <br /> of Work and employed to do and perform all engineering work <br /> necessary in and for said proceedings , including all <br /> preliminary surveying, preparation of report, plans , profiles , <br /> specifications, estimates of costs , diagram, assessment, <br /> setting grade stakes and supervision of work; that their <br /> compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed at a reasonable <br /> engineering fee for all of said engineering, said fee to <br /> be approved by the Council of said Town, and to be assessed <br /> as an incidental expense of said proceedings . <br /> 2 . The City Engineer of said Town is hereby directed <br /> to examine and approve the engineering documents , and to <br /> LAGORIO & FAISANT provide inspection of the construction of said improvements <br /> ATTORNEYS AT LAW <br /> 3DO THIRD STREET <br /> LOS ALTOS, CALIF. <br /> 94R-&200 <br /> -1- <br />
