If <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 484 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills, California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of said Town has ascertained <br /> the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br /> in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of <br /> a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 480, adopted October 7, 1968; and <br /> WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and <br /> contained in the specifications for said project, copies of <br /> which are on file in the office of the Engineer of Work and <br /> also in the office of the City Clerk of said Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and <br /> finds the same to be correct in all particulars ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND <br /> ORDERED as follows : <br /> 1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications <br /> is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per <br /> diem wages for work of a similar character to that above <br /> described in the locality in which such public' work is pro- <br /> posed to be performed. <br /> 2.
