• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 471 <br /> • A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> DESIGNATING COMMITTEE TO CONSULT WITH NEIGHBORING <br /> JURISDICTIONS CONCERNING ACQUISITION OF PATH <br /> RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY <br /> BIKE ROUTES <br /> • WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to provide an adequate . <br /> system of Bike Routes and Bicycle Paths for its residents, and, • <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of L.os Altos Hills' plans for Bike Routes and <br /> Bicycle Paths will require cooperation with private landowners and <br /> . various public bodies of adjoining jurisdictions in order to insure <br /> implementation, . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> hereby resolve that the City 'Manager of Los Altos Hills and two (2) • <br /> representatives of the Los Altos Hills Pathway Committee be designated a <br /> Committee of the Town of Los Altos Hills to represent the Town in consulting <br /> with neighboring jurisdictions concerning acquisition' of Path rights-of-way <br /> and implementation of Community Bike Routes . . <br /> • * * * * * * * * * * -* <br /> • <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed and <br /> adopted by the City Council' Of the-Town of Los'Altos Hills at a regular <br /> meeting held on the 15th day. of July, 1968, by the following roll .call <br /> vote: <br /> .
