JNPAII ASSESSMENTS- AND • UESTING THAT THE' AUDITOR OF THE -COUNTY: OF SANTA CLARA MAKE, EXTENS`IQN OF INSTALLMENTS THEREOF ON THE TAS O S, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NQ. .3 , TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS:., COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF "CALIFORNIA WH SEAS,, onkthe —1st., day of May-, 1968, the City Clerk of the Town of Los_'Altos- Hills, in accordance with the 1 provisions of Section 8620 of the Streets andHighwaysCode , filed with, the,_,Treasurer of the Town of Los Altos Hills a • complete list of all unpaid assessments in Sewer Assessment District No. 3 , a copy of which unpaid list is annexed to thief, Resolution marked Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the Treasurer of the Town of Los Altos Hills has caused to be prepared an Auditor's Record showing the several installments of principal and interest on said unpaid assessments which etre to be collected each year during the term of the bonds to be issued in said proceedings, and WHEREAS, by Resolution No.46� of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, the bonds in said proceedings are to be dated June 17 __, 1968, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unpaid list ,;ttached hereto and marked Exhibit A is confirmed by this Council and ratified as the statement of unpaid assessments upon the security of which the bonds are to be issued in said • proceedings, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor of the County of Santa Clara, which said last mentioned political subdivision of the State of California is the County which collects the taxes for the Town of Los Altos Hills, is hereby requeeted and directed in accordance with the provisions of Section 8682 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, -1- - — A
