RESOLUTION 6-14 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE FY 2013-14 GENERAL FUND AND OTHER FUND BUDGETS WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the Fiscal Year 2014 Annual Operating & Capital Budget on June 20,2013; WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to decrease the Fiscal Year 2014 General Fund Budget expenditures of $6,369,359; amended by an amount of $231,330; decreasing the total appropriations to $6,138,029; WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Special Revenue Funds Budget expenditures of $1,405,008; amended by an amount of $129,900, increasing the total appropriations to $1,534,908; WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Wastewater (Sewer) Enterprise Fund Budget expenditures of $2,100,365; amended by an amount of $86,200, increasing the total appropriations to $2,186,565; WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Debt Service Budget expenditures of $113,191; amended by an amount of $93,606, decreasing the total appropriations to $19,585; WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Capital Budget expenditures of $1,421,900; amended by an amount of $370,223, decreasing the total appropriations to $1,051,677; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the Council hereby approves the budget adjustments decreasing the Town-wide appropriations to $10,930,764 as summarized in the staff report. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 2014 by the following vote: AYES: Radford, Corrigan, Harpootlian, Larsen, Waldeck NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None BY: John Radford, Mayor Resolution 6-14 Page 1
