<br /> All that certain real property in the County of Santa Clara,
<br /> State of California, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the corporate limit of the Town of
<br /> Los Altos Hills as now established, said point being the
<br /> most westerly corner of the land described in the deed to
<br /> Ethyl Neary dated March 5, 1953, and recorded in Book 2593
<br /> of the Official Records , at page 319, in the office of the
<br /> County Recorder of said County; thence southeasterly along
<br /> the southwesterly line of the land described in said deed to
<br /> the intersection thereof with the west line of Section 7,
<br /> Township 7 South, Range 2 West , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian;
<br /> thence southerly along said west line of Section 7 to the
<br /> southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the south line
<br /> of said Section 7 southeast corner thereof; thence northerly
<br /> along the east line of said Section 7 to the northeast corner
<br /> of the southeast quarter thereof; thence easterly along the
<br /> southerly lines of Lots 1 and 2 of Section 8, Township 7
<br /> South, Range 2 West , M.D.B.& M. , to the southeast corner of
<br /> said lot (2) thence northerly along the east line of said
<br /> lot (2) to the intersection thereof with the southerly line
<br /> of the San Antonio Rancho; thence easterly along said southerly
<br /> line to the southwest corner of Tract No. 10, Jo Mora Ranch,
<br /> as shown on map recorded in Book Y of the maps at page 53, in
<br /> the office of said County Recorder; thence along the south
<br /> line of said Tract No. 10, North 87°05' East 764.39 "eet, to
<br /> the southeast corner thereof; thence North 87°05' East
<br /> 1120.17 feet to the southwest corner of Tract No. 1970, Mora
<br /> Heights Estates, as shown on Map recorded in 73ook 88 of Maps
<br /> at pages 54 and 55, in the offices of said County Recorder;
<br /> thence along the southerly line of said tract 1970, North
<br /> 87°19'01" East 953.12 feet ; thence South 15°01'00" East
<br /> . 115.96 feet to a point in the center line of Permanente Creek;
<br /> thence , along the center line of Permanente Creek, said center
<br /> line being also the easterly line of said Tract No. 1970, the

<br /> easterly line of the land described in the deed to Elmer L.
<br /> Filippini and Audrey Filippini, dated August 23, 1955, and
<br /> recorded in Book 3268 of Official Records at page 581, in
<br /> the office of said County Recorder; thence along said easterly
<br /> line , North 14°35' East 56.76 feet to the northeasterly corner
<br /> of the land described in said last mentioned deed, said point
<br /> being the most southerly corner of the land described in deed
<br /> to Forrest B. Davidson and Lois Davidson, dated March 26, 1952,
<br /> and recorded in Book 2390 of Official Records at Page 267, in
<br /> the office of said County Recorder; thence , northerly along
<br /> the easterly line of the land described in said last mentioned
<br /> deed, said easterly line being also the center line of
<br /> Permanente Creek, to the most easterly corner of said land;
<br /> thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said
<br /> land to the southeasterly line of Mora Avenue, forty (40) feet
<br /> wide ; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line of
<br /> Mora Avenue and its southwesterly prolongation to the south-
<br /> westerly line of Eastbrook Avenue , forty (40) feet wide; thence
<br /> northwesterly along said southwesterly line of Eastbrook Avenue
<br /> or its prolongation to the intersection there with the south-
<br /> easterly line of the land described in deed to Samuel H.
<br /> Williston and Eleanor A. Williston, dated March 31, 1945, and
<br /> recorded in Book 1255 of Official Records at Page 217, under
<br /> filing number 342372; thence northeasterly along said south-
<br /> easterly line to the most easterly corner of the land described
