I r-- RESOLUTION NO . 8 2 WHEREAS, it is required that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills determine the general per diem wage to be paid to the various craftsmen and laborers required in the construction of improvements in and for said City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County, California, that it hereby determines the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the Town of Los Altos Hills, as well as in the surrounding Commun- ity, to be paid to the various craftsmen and laborers engaged in the construction of improvements in and for the said Town of Los Altos Hills , is as hereinafter set forth herein, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such scale of wage be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk for inspection and review of any party interested and shall further be contained in and made a part of the specifications for any said work of improvement and to be complied with therein.
