ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Chairman Gottlieb, Commissioners Schreiner,Aurelio Cheng&Jinkerson <br /> Staff: Curtis Williams, Planning Director; Sheryl Proft, Assistant Engineer; <br /> Suzanne Davis, Planner; Lath Lonberger, Planning Secretary <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR-None <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 3.1 LANDS OF ROBINSON & IKEDA, 12238 Via Arline (263-97-ZP-SD- <br /> GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence. <br /> Staff had nothing further to add to the report. <br /> OPENED PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Rodney Robinson, applicant, discussed the gray/black roofing material, commenting he <br /> was available for questions. <br /> CLOSED PUBLIC HEARING <br /> The assistant engineer answered questions regarding how drainage will be handled on this <br /> site. The drainage will be directed to the swale that runs thorough the property, through <br /> the Wen property (continuation of the swale) to an existing catch basin on Concepcion <br /> Road. A final grading and drainage plan will be reviewed by the Engineering <br /> Department (standard condition of approval). Questions regarding the height of the <br /> retaining walls behind the house (1 %2 to 2 feet in height) and areas for landscaping were <br /> also discussed. <br />
