Elimination <br /> of the columns below the balcony and shifting the house back from the pool area have also <br /> improved the rear elevation. In addition to lowering the pad and the overall height, the left <br /> end of the house as viewed on the northeast elevation has been dropped down, lowering the <br /> foundation wall height. The original plans will be available at the meeting if the <br /> Commission would like a visual comparison of the changes that have been made. <br /> In conclusion, staff believes that the applicants have made appropriate changes and have <br /> addressed the concerns of the Commission.
