Connection fees shall <br /> be collected with the building permit fees. <br /> 22. A type IIb pathway shall be constructed by the property owner and shall <br /> be located along the easterly side of Kingsley Way. The pathway shall <br /> connect to the existing type IIb pathway located at 14400 Kingsley Way. <br /> and shall cross Kingsley Way at the northerly end to connect to the <br /> entrance to Esther Clark Park. A 4' wide drainage channel shall also be <br /> constructed along the easterly side of Kingsley Way between the edge of <br /> pavement and the new pathway, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> The pathway and drainage improvements shall be approved by the <br /> Engineering Department prior to final inspection. <br /> 23. The property owner shall grant a pathway easement to the Town over the <br /> pathway connection between Kingsley Way and Esther Clark Park. The <br /> exact dimensions of the pathway easement shall be approved by the <br /> Engineering Department. The property owner shall provide legal <br /> description and plat exhibits prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed land surveyor and the Town shall prepare the grant document. <br /> The grant document, including approved exhibits, shall be signed and <br /> notarized by the property owner and returned to the Town prior to <br /> acceptance of the plans for building plan check. <br /> C. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> 24. Unless otherwise determined by the Santa Clara County Fire Department, <br /> an automatic residential fire sprinkler system approved by the Fire <br /> Department shall be included in the new residence. The details of the <br /> sprinkler system shall be included with the construction plans. The plans <br /> shall be stamped and signed by the Fire Department and submitted to the <br /> Town, prior to acceptance of plans for building plan check, and the <br /> installed sprinklers shall be inspected and approved by the Fire <br /> Department, prior to final inspection. The applicant may propose <br /> alternate means of achieving an acceptable water supply in lieu of fire <br /> sprinklers, subject to the approval of the Fire Department. <br /> 25. The driveway shall be a minimum of .14 feet wide and shall have an <br /> unobstructed vertical clearance of 13 feet six inches. The driveway shall <br /> have an all weather surface that is designed and maintained to support the <br /> imposed loads of fire apparatus (45,000 pounds). <br /> 26. Any changes to the driveway and turnaround design shall first be approved <br /> by the Santa Clara County Fire Department and the Town Engineering and <br /> Planning departments. <br /> 27. The approved property addresses shall be placed so that they are plainly <br /> visible and legible from Kingsley Way. The numbers shall contrast with <br /> their background and be a minimum of four inches high. <br /> Upon completion of the construction, a final inspection shall be required to be set with <br /> the Planning and Engineering Departments two weeks prior to final building inspection <br /> approval. <br />
