2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so
now. Please note,however,that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or
take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the
agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed action(s)in court,you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below,or in written correspondence
delivered to the Planning Commission at,or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a
21 day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council
review,or any member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.

request for a Site Development Permit for a major
addition/remodel.
3.2 LANDS OF BUTT, 24708 Voorhees Drive (lot 1) (144-95-ZP-SD-
GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new
residence.
3.3 LANDS OF OLIVERA (WALLER),26105 Elena Road (148-95-ZP-
SD); A request for a Site Development Permit.for a new residence.
3.4 LANDS OF CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE CO. (80-95-ZP-SD-GD-
VAR-CDP-CUP-IS/ND); A request for a Site Development Permit,
Conditional Use Permit, Conditional Development Permit, Variance,
and Negative Declaration fora replacement/upgrade of an existing
water supply tank at 25410 La Rena Lane.
