RESOLUTION 28-17 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> A TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES CONTRACT WITH <br /> BEAR ELECTRICAL SOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills' ("Town") current agreement for traffic signal <br /> maintenance with Siemens Industry, Inc. was terminated on February 28, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Town solicited proposals for a Traffic Signal Maintenance Services on February <br /> 10, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, two proposals were received for the Traffic Signal Maintenance Services Request <br /> for Proposal; and <br /> WHEREAS, said proposals were opened on February 21, 2017 and the most qualified and cost- <br /> effective contractor was Bear Electrical Solutions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the term of the contract is one year with five additional option years and terminates <br /> on June 30, 2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that a traffic signal maintenance services <br /> contract for said project be executed with Bear Electrical Solutions in the amount not to exceed <br /> $20,000 annually. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a traffic signal maintenance services contract <br /> with Bear Electrical Solutions. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills as a regular meeting held on 15th of June, 2017 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Waldeck, Radford, Corrigan, Spreen, Wu <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> B ‘... y: <br /> Gary Waldeck, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> / <br /> <br /> Deborah L.
