Home My WebLink About44-17 RESOLUTION 44-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2017 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS,the City Engineer of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, in open session, duly examine and consider the one bid submitted to it for the construction of the 2017 Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement Project. WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that the contract for said project be awarded to the only bidder, O'Grady Paving Inc., for a reduced amount of$1,806,265.60; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the awarded contract to the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
