HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-17 RESOLUTION 56-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING AN HOURLY RATE OF $80 FOR THE TEMPORARY PART-TIME FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER WHEREAS,the Administrative Services Director will be out on extended leave from September 11, 2017 through January 2, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Finance Manager will be on personal leave in October/November for three weeks; and WHEREAS, in preparation for the leave of absences and minimize the impact to Finance Operation, the Town solicited proposals from interested candidates to fill a Temporary Part-Time Finance Project Manager role; and WHEREAS,the Town received five proposals, interviewed all candidates,reviewed sample staff reports, and selected the most qualified candidate with relevant experience; and , WHEREAS, the hourly rate of$80 is within the Administrative Services Director salary range; and WHEREAS,the Finance Project Manager will oversee projects as listed on Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve to authorize an hourly rate of$80 for the Temporary Part-Time Finance Project Manager.
