HomeMy WebLinkAbout408 1.�1 ORDINANCE NO. 408 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PREZONE THE PROPERTIES AT 24460 SUMMERHILL AVENUE, 24480 AMIGOS COURT, 24490 AMIGOS COURT, AND 24510 AMIGOS COURT TO R-A (RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL) WHEREAS, in conjunction with the annexation of four properties into the Town of Los Altos Hills, an application has been made to amend the Town's zoning ordinance to prezone three properties located on Amigos Court and one property located on Summerhill Avenue; and WHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the prezoning and recommended approval of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing to consider prezoning; and NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as follows: 1. PREZONING. The properties known as "Amigos Court Annexation" located as further described in the attached Exhibit A, are hereby-prezoned to Residential-Agricultural (R-A),and when the properties are annexed to the Town,the residential-Agricultural (R-A)zoning designation of the properties shall become effective at the same time that the annexation becomes effective. 2. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. This prezoning is categorically exempt (Class 19) from the California Environmental Quality Act. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE; POSTING.This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of its passage, and shall be posted within the Town of Los Altos Hills in three (3) public places.
