t <br /> J <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 339 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AMENDING TITLE 10 (ZONING AND SITE DEVELOPMENT) <br /> TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT THAT PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> PROVIDE ADDRESSES OF ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> AND TO ADD THE APPEAL OF CERTAIN DECISIONS BY A <br /> PLANNING COMMISSIONER OR A COUNCILMEMBER WITHOUT A FEE <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has concluded that it is more expeditious <br /> for City staff .to obtain the names and addresses of property <br /> owners adjacent to property which is the subject of a development <br /> application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town wishes to allow certain decisions- to be <br /> appealed by a member of the Planning Commission or the City <br /> Council without payment of a fee; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. . AMENDMENT OF CODE. Article 11 (Appeals, Variances, <br /> Conditional Use Permits, Conditional Development Permits, and <br /> Amendments) of Chapter 1 (Zoning) of Title 10 (Zoning and Site <br /> Development) of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended by repealing Section 10-1. 1101(d) . <br /> SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Article 11 (Appeals, <br /> Variances, Conditional Use Permits, Conditional Development <br /> Permits and Amendments) of Chapter 1 (Zoning) of Title 10 (Zoning <br /> and Site Development) of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended by amending Section 10-1. 1102 to read as follows: <br /> Section 10-1. 1102 Appeals from decisions of <br /> administrative officials. <br /> Any party aggrieved by- the decision of an administrative <br /> official in the administration or enforcement of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter relative to variances and other <br /> matters may appeal such decision to the Planning Commission. <br /> Any member of the Council or any two members of the Planning <br /> Commission.may file such an appeal without the payment of a <br /> fee. All appeals shall be in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10-1. 1101 and subject to public hearing by the <br /> appropriate body pursuant to the provisions of Section <br /> 10-1. 1105 of this article: All actions by the Planning <br /> Commission shall be in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 10-1. 1106 of this article. <br /> 1 <br />
