RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACKNOWLEDGING BUT
REJECTING IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Rebecca Stirling, as Executrix of the Estate of John M. Stirling,
deceased ("Owner") has offered to dedicate a right of way and utility easement to the
Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Stirling; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication of Right of Way and Utility Easement ("Dedication").
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby acknowledges the
Dedication. The Town chooses not to accept this offer at this time, but reserves the right
to accept the Dedication by resolution of the City Council at any time in the future.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the Dedication executed by
Rebecca Stirling, as Executrix of the Estate of John M. Stirling, deceased.

This Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Right of Way and Utility Easement ("Offer of
Dedication") is granted by Rebecca Stirling, as Executrix of the Estate of John M. Stirling,
deceased ("Owner") in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the
State of California ("Town").
RECITALS
A. Owner owns property in the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") consisting of two
lots commonly known as 28025 Natoma Road ("Lot 1 ") and 28030 Natoma Road ("Lot 2"),
which are more particularly described respectively in Exhibit A-1 and A-2 attached hereto.
B. Owner desires to dedicate a right of way and utility easement over Lot 1 to -
the Town, as more particularly described and shown in Exhibit B attached hereto. _
C. Town does not wish to accept this Offer of Dedication at this time, but wishes
to reserve the right to accept the Offer of Dedication in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, Owner declares as follows:
1. Right of Way. Owner hereby irrevocably offers to dedicate to the Town a
right of way and utility easement in the property described in Exhibit B attached hereto.
2. No Implied Acceptance. Owner understands that this Offer of Dedication
can only be accepted by Resolution of the City Council of the Town pursuant to California
Streets and Highways Code Section 1806, and that recordation of this Offer to Dedicate
shall not and will not constitute acceptance of this Offer to Dedicate.

3. Irrevocability; Binding Effect. This Offer to Dedicate shall be irrevocable,
and shall run with the land and be binding upon the heirs, representatives, successors and
assigns of Owner and is mutually beneficial to the Town and the Owner. The provisions
of this Offer to Dedicate shall inure to the benefit of all successors and assigns of the
Town.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner has executed this Offer of Dedication on the date
set forth below.

2.6 ACRE PARCEL AT 28025 NATOMA ROAD
A portion of Lot 16 as shown upon the map entitled, "Map of the
Subdivision of Lot 2 and Part of Lot 1 of the Taaffe Partition",
which map was filed for record June 25, 1894 in Book H of Maps at
Pages 76 and 77, Santa Clara County Records, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of Tract No. 2263 as shown
on the map filed October 26, 1958 in Book 113 of Maps at Page 22,
Santa Clara County Records, said corner also being the
northwesterly corner of the lands herdin described;
THENCE along the southerly line of said Tract No. 2263 and the
easterly prolongation thereof North 85028116" East 102.81 feet
and North 76015117" East 378.65 feet to the centerline of Elena
Road (now called Natoma Road) as shown on the map of said Tract
No. 2263;
THENCE along last said line South 21047148" West 86.03 feet to an
angle point in the said line of Elena Road as shown on last said

Clara, State of California, commonly known as 28030 Natoma Road, and described as:
Lot 20 as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map of the Subdivision of Lot 2 and Part

ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT TO 18 ACRE LANDS OF STIRLING
An easement for ingress, egress, and utilities over the following
described parcel of land situated in' the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of
Lot 16 as shown -upon the map -.entitled,, "Map of the,Subdivision.of
Lot 2 and Part of.Lot 1 of the Taaffe Partition",.which.map was
filed for'record.June 25,.1894 in.Book H of Maps at Pages 76 and
77, said easement being further described -.as -follows:
BEGINNING on the centerline of Elena. Road (now called Natoma
Road) at the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of Tract
No. 2263 as shown on the map filed October 26, 1958 in Book 113
of Maps at Page 22, Santa Clara County Records;
THENCE along said centerline of Elena Road as shown on last said
map South 210'47148" West 73.74 feet;
THENCE leaving last said line, along a line parallel to said
southerly line of Tract No. 2263 and distant 60.00 feet at right
angles therefrom, South 76015117" West 353.77 feet;
THENCE along a line no longer parallel to said southerly line of
Tract No. 2263 South 68000' West 99.57 feet to the westerly line
of said Lot 16;
THENCE along last said line North 4020' West 92.00 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Tract.No. 2263;.
THENCEalong,the southerly_ -line of said Tract- -No. 2263 and the
easterly prolongation, thereof North 85028:116" East, 102.81 feet

Said easement is for the benefit of Lot 20 of the
