HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-99• RESOLUTION NO. 64-99 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") has read and considered that certain Dedidication of Right of Way ("Dedication "), between the Town and Diana L. Garrett, Trustee of The Diana Louise Garrett Trust ("Owner"). NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Los Altos Hills to enter into the Dedication described above. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Dedication and the Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to execute the Dedication between the Town of Los Altos Hills and Owner. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November_, 1999.
