RESOLUTION NO. '67-99
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF LOGAN
WHEREAS, Nita Logan and Jeffrey Shawn Logan, husband and wife, as Joint
Tenants ("Logan") have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills
("Town") on the Lands of Logan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of
Pathway Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Pathway Easement on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Novenber , 1999.

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
Nita Logan and Jeffrey Shawn Logan, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, (collectively
"Owners") of the real property commonly known as 14250 Berry Hill Lane, Los Altos Hills,
California, do hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State
of California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for equestrian, bicycle, and
pedestrian pathway purposes, togetherwith a right of access thereto, on, under, over, and
along the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described and shown in Exhibit A-1 and A-2 attached hereto.
Owners shall not place any structures and/or improvements on said
easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.

Lying within the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
Being a portion of the lands conveyed to Nita Logan and Jeffery Shawn Logan, said lands
are described in deed recorded in Book N300 Official Records, page 2154, Santa Clara
County Records and being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10 wide, the easterly and southerly line of which is parallel and concentric
with and 10 feet easterly and southerly of the following described line: BEGINNING at
the northerly terminus of the course described as S 40°35'58"W 73.68 feet in that deed to
that to Vita Logan and Jeffery Shawn Logan mentioned above, said point lying on the
westerly line of said lands, thence along said westerly line on a tangent curve to the left
with a radius of 600.00 feet, through a central angle of 24"40'15", for an arc length of
258.35 feet: thence N15°55'43"E, 67.30 feet to a point on the northerly line of the Lands
of Logan; thence along said line S74°04' 1 T'E, 82.00 feet to the terminus of the herein
above'described line.-
