RESOLUTION NO. 2-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF KASH
WHEREAS, RICHARD B. KASH and JUDY L. KASH have offered to
dedicate a storm drain easement to the Town on the Lands of Kash;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Storm Drain Easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows :
. 1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public .
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills_ shall enter_i nto -and—the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Storm Drain Easement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January , 1998 .

GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
RICHARD B. KASH and JUDY L. KASH ("Owners") of 25500 Burke
Lane, Los Altos Hills, California, do hereby grant to the Town of
Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California, a
perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for the purpose of
constructing, installing, using, maintaining, and repairing a storm
drain system and related facilities, together with a right of
access _ thereto, -on,- under,. over,:- and- -a angr-- the- real property
situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described more fully as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures and improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.

THIRTY FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
A strip of land with a uniform width of 30 feet lying 15 feet
measured at right angles es on either side of the following
described centerlines
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of
land conveyed by W.T. Walton and Pearle W. Walton, to W. E.
Dermondy and Annie L. Dermondy, by deed dated October 7, 1920 and
recorded in Book 523 of Deeds at Page 383 , Santa Clara county
Records;
THENCE along the northeasterly line of said parcel of land and
the northwesterly extension thereof, North 77°48 ' West
203 . 68 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE leaving last said line South 20°00+ West 12 . 00 feet;
THENCE South 69°001 West 64.00 feet;
THENCE South 38°001 West 183 .00 feet to a point on the southerly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Arthur W.
Dusenberry and Ahne E. Dusenberry, to Katherine 1-!. Bewley, by
deed dated May 16, 1952 and recorded in Book 2426 of Deeds at
Page J8, Santa Clara County Records, said point also lying
North 77°481 West 267 . 00 feet front the 'southeasterly corner of
that certain parcel of land conveYed by Arthur Dusenberry and
Anne F. Dusenberry to Egidia A. Bewley, by deed dated December
17, 1946 and recorded in Book 1384 of Deeds at Page 578 , Santa
Clara County Records.
Sidelines of said strip of land are to extend to and be bounded
by the northerly and southerly boundaries of the land conveyed by
F N Limited to Richard B. Kash and Judy L. Kash by deed dated
May 9, 1995 and recorded in Book N844 of Deeds at Page 1510,
Santa Clara County Records.
