HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-98 4 " • Ill- • RESOLUTION NO. 2-98 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF KASH WHEREAS, RICHARD B. KASH and JUDY L. KASH have offered to dedicate a storm drain easement to the Town on the Lands of Kash; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Storm Drain Easement . NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows : . 1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public . 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills_ shall enter_i nto -and—the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Storm Drain Easement . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January , 1998 .
