TUESDAY, December 9, 2014 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF OWEN SIGNATURE HOMES; 26355 Esperanza Drive; File #236-14-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 5,421 square foot two story new residence (Maximum height 27') with a 3,228 square foot basement and a 400 square foot swimming pool. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) & (e) (staff- Nicole Horvitz). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,'California and may be reviewed at that location upon request.
