HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.4 ITEM 8.4 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY,DECEMBER 16,2014 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF ERICKSON; 21893 Blue Oaks Place (Lot 1): File-271-14- ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 5,228 square foot two-story residence with 999 square foot three-car garage (maximum height 23'1") a Grading Policy Exception for required fire turnaround and removal of three heritage oak trees. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff-Suzanne Avila).
