HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.6 ITEM 8.6 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:30 a.m. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2014 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF TAN; 26475 Anacapa Drive: File 336-14-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit',for a 4,969 square foot two-story residence with 2,498 square foot basement (maximum height 23'9"). CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff- Suzanne Avila).
