HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2 ITEM 8.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:30 a.m. TUESDAY, March 10, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF FAN & LIU; 25961 Vinedo Lane; File #7-15-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,985 square foot two story residence (Maximum height 27'), with a 2,303 square foot basement. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff-Nicole Horvitz).
