HomeMy WebLinkAbout7.4 ITEM 7.4 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:30 a.m. TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF OSBORNE; 26900 Beatrice Lane: File 26-15-ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 4,986 square foot two-story residence (maximum height 26'5"), a 487 square foot attached garage, a 375 square foot cabana (maximum height 14') and a swimming pool. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) (staff- Suzanne Avila).
