HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2 ITEM 8.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, May 12,2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF COLLIN & FOUCHE; 26925 St Francis Road; File #105- 15-ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 1,275 square foot first and second story addition (Maximum height 27') and interior remodel. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff-Nicole Horvitz).
