HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.3 ITEM 8.3 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, May 26, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF ALTA INC; 13075 S. Alta Lane; File #67-15-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,981 square foot two story residence (Maximum height 27') with a 1,242 square foot basement and 380 square foot swimming pool. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) & (e) (staff-Nicole Horvitz).
