HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.4 ITEM 8.4 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF DODSON; 21890 Blue Oaks Place (Lot 2): File 85-15-ZP- SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 3,123 square foot two-story residence with a 433 square foot two-car garage (maximum height 25 feet). CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff-Suzanne Avila).
