HomeMy WebLinkAbout9.2 ITEM 9.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF BRAUNS (27421 SHERLOCK ROAD), LANDS OF LEMES (27271 MOODY ROAD) AND LANDS OF ISCA ASSETS (27640 SHERLOCK ROAD); File # 101-15-LLA; A request for a Lot Line Adjustment. The proposal adjusts the property lines between the subject properties with no resulting change in MDA or MFA. CEQA Review: exempt per 15305 (a).
