NOTICE OF
FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2015 in the
Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as
the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF BRAUNS (27421 SHERLOCK ROAD), LANDS OF
LEMES (27271 MOODY ROAD) AND LANDS OF ISCA ASSETS
(27640 SHERLOCK ROAD); File # 101-15-LLA; A request for a Lot
Line Adjustment. The proposal adjusts the property lines between the
subject properties with no resulting change in MDA or MFA. CEQA
Review: exempt per 15305 (a). (Staff-Nicole Horvitz)
The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed prior to the date of Hearing. If you challenge the action
of the Site Development Committee, Planning Commission, or City Council in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town at, or
prior to, the public hearing. Further details may be obtained from the Planning
