Home My WebLink About17-19RESOLUTION 17-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2019 SANITARY SEWER REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO ADVERTISE THE PROJECT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills has appropriated $1,100,0000 for the construction of the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project; and WHEREAS, the Engineer's Estimate for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project is $816,000; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that the City Council approve the project specifications for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that the City Council authorize staff to advertise the project for bids. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that: 1. The project specifications described in the City Council Agenda Summary for this Resolution are hereby approved. 2. The Public Works Department is authorized to advertise the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project and inspection services for bids.
